Information about signing up for altar flowers

If you would like to dedicate the Altar Flowers on a given Sunday, please fill out the information form below.  The first page should already be pre populated with the correct information, all you need to do is click next.  After which pick your date, fill in the information completely and share any special reason for the flower dedication.  The flowers are $30.00 each week.  If you choose to use a credit or debit card for the purchase, you may do so on the final checkout pages.  If you choose to pay for the flowers in church, simply click the local pay, place the cash or check in an envelope marked “Flowers” along with the date of your dedication and your name.  Checks are made out to Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church and on the memo line please write, “Altar Flowers”.  Envelopes and or checks may be placed in the offering plate on Sunday, mailed to, or dropped off at the church office.
