In June 2005, Marie Johnson and Merideth Felt formed the Prayer Shawl Circle at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church. Over 60 prayer shawls, lap robes, and baby blankets have been crafted, blessed, and given to those in need of prayer and comfort.

The Prayer Shawl Circle meets the first Tuesday of the month at 10:00 a.m. to create prayer shawls and teach others the gift of knitting and chocheting.

Donations of yarn, needles and money help support this outreach ministry. For more information contact the church office.

The Craft Circle meets the fourth Tuesday of each month at the church at 10:00 a.m. All are invited to attend.

The Virginia Circle is a social and service group that meets at the church the second Tuesday of each month at 9:30 a.m.

The Ladies Evening Circle meets each month on the third Thursday of the month in early evening. Watch the church bulletin and newsletter for time and location of the meetings.

The Quilting Circle meets the third Tuesday of each month at 10:00 a.m. The ladies have made and distributed hundreds of quilts to needy individuals.
