The house is sponsored by Thrivent Financial (a Lutheran non-profit insurance company.) Thrivent contributes about 70% of the cost of the house, Habitat for Humanity contributes about 25% and nine Lutheran churches in Lake County contribute about 5%.
One house in Leesburg was completed in early April 2007 and the one in Lady Lake is currently under construction.
